2. Sell it at scheduled times of day, like market to the grocery stores for early morning space.
3, You are selling returned time and fuel with constant velocity guarantees. You can even sell doubler trailer mode at a discount. BRT is a big customer.
Black Boxes will be cheap, focus on stationary roadside devices and traffic light control.
