Measuring Elliot waves

Take the Ceridian, for example.  Treat it is a network over geography over rate space. Then there should be a holiday wind and unwind, path across the net, a Fibonacci wind and unwind.  Track it down with the multi-dimensional entropy maximizer, then the sequence of quants should match a minimum 'digit' path through the Fib tree. But you have to estimate a rank.
You get this counting system, counting sparse stable points in a measure like truckloads of gas per median intersection per median holiday.  Gas suppliers can better set up their Fib sequence, in advance, using Internet tools and higher level Ceridian analysis.
Merge the observed and observer, getting this stable market one hopes.
