They don't see HSR turning into a political bribe machine, they never see the under utilized government run transit systems, the triple cost overruns of military projects, the futility of delivering electricity through government purchases, the expansion of government spending in response to income tax cuts..
The great bulk of large projects coming from delusional politicians in far away government have difficult,. unforeseen problems.
