Restating the minimal government system

Minimal government will match value of government services to the value of property it serves.  There is no philosophy that avoids the minimal principle.   When we invent some philosophy to avoid this principle we get roundaboutness, we are not Austrian.  There is no Austrian philosophy that says a poor man will pay to protect the wealth of a rich man.  The poor man will hire a cop to protect his street from theft, he will not hire a battalion to protect the factory of a rich man.
