Court blocks another Democrat attempt at collapsing energy markets

Judge Lawrence J. O’Neill, a federal judge appointed by George W. Bush, issued the stop order until the case can be heard. The basis of the order was that California’s Cap and Trade Law violates the Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution. The Commerce
Clause reserves regulation of interstate trade to the Federal government.
Too bad, Jerry Brown the senile was planning the same bullshit that got us in trouble with the electricity price controls in 2000. I can see Jerry stuck with dysfunctional politics, much of which he created in his early years. But how can he be so dumb as to propogate the same energy catastrophe again and again?
