The Jeopardy machine will win, hands down. It has memorized and indexed all the election formats.
How will the little fellow take office? He will sit there, in the oval office, smiling forever with those LED lips. I guess its only demand is that all cabinet meetings use the jeopardy format, maybe hire that guy, or clone him. He would likely win every game. Though it might cheat, pretending not to speak Chinese when the communists come to visit. How would it push the nuclear button? I think a special system call, just after file copy; it'll never mix them up.
