Ron Paul on taxes

What is the standard libertarian line on taxes? Taxes should match services, tax activity, not people. It is not a complete theory, well not until we apply channel theory, then we can determine how to calculate a match between services and taxes.

There is a related issue Paul should mention, the lack of fair voting in the Senate, a case where the folks in Kentucky get six times the voting power as the folks in Texas.
