Case Schiller metropolitan housing prices

Poated at WSJ. Once again, Washington DC holds the lead, though it shares it with Phoenix for the year. But overall, Washington DC housing prices are way ahead of any other metropolitan district. As of Dec 2011, DC housing has help up at 179, it partner NY at 163. All other markets ave5rage about 120.

So, economists who have plans for DC to fix the housing market, should explain this. I mean, blame the recession on housing wealth loss, then encourage to government to send housing money6 to the DC housing market? Kind of stupid, or perhaps a bi dishonest.
