Windows, mingw vs cygwin, and I am in a pickle

The general advice on Linux environemnt is type hyrogliphics and download may combination of imcpomatible items.

Often you choice is to reload the 12 Mbytes again, or plow into 30 pages to get one necessary command line. I have five ways to do Linux, all of them do it half way.

I tried Umubutu the linux thing, but it got into a boot with with Windows and lost.

I need one application. This application erases everything and downloads the last thing that worked! The every time you need to do a task, erase everything and just down load a working thing!
