Windows sockets, up and running

It was a CutnPaste from the web got it going. We need an anonymosu CutnPaste tip jar for the web! Thee should be more compensation than an entry into my random pages bookmark folder.

Anyway, that means I can just create a send Qson routine, and the machine don't care who sends. Underneath the send and listen we do is so simple we just implement both windows and Linux mode. So I am going to start running in full network mode all the time. So, in about five hours I will have this thing compiling in either mode.
