Update: This site keeps a report card on state corruption. In it Oregon places 14th as a good state, better than the scandals indicate. California place fourth, of all miracles.

Why is Oregon corrupt?
Parking meter kickbacks, stealing money from water and sewage payments, perverted sex scandals, corruption in transportation projects. The FBI is concerned enough tout up a tip line. This level of corruption rivals even Steinberg's Sacramento. Corruption, state governments, the topic for a while.
