Cycle time of the universe

OK, I am going to be explicit, as a lesson to the mathematicians.  Please mathematicians, butt into physics, be insistent.

I see two estimates for the expanse of the universe, 40 billion and 80 billion. I see one estimate for the Big Bang time, 13 billion.

The ratios are Pi and 2*Pi.  Please note, it took our little dumb vacuum bubble many cycles of chaos to compute these numbers.
