Plank accuracy and the Proton as a unit of account

The Physicists claim that Plank is accurate, to the edge of the atom, to 9e-6, roughly.  The proton vacuum has enough capacity up to 9e-5.  So the proton, in the atom, is using all of its precision to manage the atom.

But out of the atom, as a free proton, it gets all of that precision back. It is likely using all of that precision to maintain gravity and energy balance across space. This can only happen if the proton has fine tuned the impedance match between the atom and free space. The central principle is the the proton tries to view the world as the standard atom.

This could not have happened all at once, in one Big Bang. This has to be an extremely fine tuned system happening over many cycles, each cycle going from 1 - 13 billion years. We should be able to compute the number of cycles.

Take the cosmic background chart.  Let the blue be signal and the rest be noise.  Break it up into successively smaller units, be sure to compute energy ratio, not quant size.  The find the quant rats as units of space on that chart, until the quantization noise is greater than the information added by the next subdivision. Or, just find the Nyquist spatial frequency.

But, unless the vacuum finds more bubbles, it has reached its limit and may have be on some untold number of cycles, never gaining more accuracy.
