Great, now we can get a theory of quark masses

I am taking the simple approach. We have three quarks, generally.  There job is to stabilize the center frequency of a very high band spectral mode.

Here is the major equation:

(3/2)^(36*3) -1 = three groups of digits, one group per each of the quarks. Together they make up the 108 member exponents of Null quant at the peak of the proton. The Nulls will be allocated across nearly 108 bits, and fractions are free. This is (3*36).

How will I allocate them? Finding out the minimun phase distribution of spectral quants needed from the wave,  through the proton center, thru the unit circles, and out at least to the electron. Do I have a clue yet? Hardly, still fumbling this issue a bit. But I know we are now working in wave bands three slot wide.
