Groups and finite bandwidth

Given D, Q1, Q2 complex, finite numbers in the discrete Reimann plane, then:

1 < Q1 < Q2 <= D then if log*(Q1) = 0.
 So, using the indexes on the number line
 there is no quant path from 1 -> Q1, in the region  Q1 to Q2, that gets from 1 to Q1 to Q2, or visa versa.  That region is band limited at Q1.
