Is there a discrepency in proton/electron mass?

Not really, the ratio corresponds to the null quants taken to the proper power. Log3/2(1836) = about 18, and 108-18 = 90, that all matches.

My perplexity was trying to figure out how they got all the exponents to match. I left it at that, and never really came back to the subject.   I will look into it. Well, I am not surprised the physicists got it right, I just do not yet see the mechanism of the proton taking all those powers. But if you consider the necessity of the 16 bit multiplier, than  these multiply quants need to be stabilized. So, that means N*(N+1)/2 combinations of null quants that make 16 bit stabilizers.  Maybe that explains it.  I need to ponder it a bit, it might alter our algebra.
