It turns out that the entire increase in part-time employment happened before Obamacare became a law in 2010.
Seriously, Obamacare became effective the first quarter of 2014. This guy is nutty. Firms plan pretty well and most of them figured out that the law's requirements became effective this year. Derek may be confused, but he is just a fluff writer.
