The risk free rate and the fine structure constant

Should be the same. The two year Treasury goes for .61%, inverted is 164. The fine structure, 137.

Why? They are both governed by the same constraints.  Additive at the Weiner point, and spherical dimensioned.  So, just take the Black -holes at the two year rate and run the 3 order Lucas, get a three way no-arbitrage bet.  All you do is derive the minimum path between the numbers. The path should be part of spherical curvature, when divergence of additives maintains group, is adiabatic.
