Back to sample rates in light and matter

My bubble theory says, simply, that mass is the condition when ground state elements of the vacuum are sufficient to trap non ground states, and the non-ground states are called light in normal physics. Getting a bit handy with causality and sample rates, then, ground state particles do not initiate exchange, but may be exchanged by others.  Hence ground state particles must  mix in proportion of 1 element per 2 non ground state, as this insures that the Shannon rate is applied to the ground state particles. Hence the 3/2.

So my spectrum makes sense, phi^91 = 3/2^108 is the condition when the most elements meet that match, and ground state elements are conserved because non ground state elements always sample them at twice the rate. Thos exponents are the maximum packing when non ground state elements diverge at the rate of Phi, a necessity of they are connected.

That helps, glad to get that over with. That was why Einstein and Bose needed that ratio in the Zeta function.
