Changing the rules of the Wythoff game

Wythoff's game is a two-player mathematical game of strategy, played with two piles of counters. Players take turns removing counters from one or both piles; in the latter case, the numbers of counters removed from each pile must be equal. The game ends when one person removes the last counter or counters, thus winning.
This is the current rule set from Wiki. We have to change the goals a bit.  Lets set the goals in terms of loans to deposits, like banker bot.  The two players have change the loan to deposit ratio such that the ratio moves  loser to 1/Phi.  They exchange money between deposits and lending. A player when when the other player has no exchanges which move towards the ratio while the wining player always has at least one. The winning positions become two, (1,2) and (3,5). But these are also the best positions for the stanrd wythoff game.
