QE and inequality

GINI, the poverty index (red), and the QE2 purchases (blue).  QE2 was the first two quarters of 2011. The jump in the GINI index was for 2011.
Census:
Income inequality between 2010 and 2011 increased as measured by changes in the shares of aggregate household income by quintiles, the Gini index, the Theil index, and the Atkinson measures. The Gini index showed a 1.6 percent increase from 2010.
The GINI data is tough because the Census was unclear if the data was posted looking forward or backward.  But we see that two thirds of QE2 was in 2011. So what data does the .477 GINI print refer to?  The year looking forward,  Jan, 2011 to 2011 Dec, where it measured the .477. It is very deceptive.

And there is this chart. And we can see the real wealth effect took place with QE3.
