Subsidizing the rich through California’s solar scheme
Basically, Jerry Brown as set up a network metering scheme that generates rate subsidies for the wealthy and robs the poor. Environmentalists afre ead wrong about the scheme for global warming,. Its a two side statistical problem. The poor and aprtment dwellers would norm ally cut back energy usage to gain the tax subsidies. The problem solved b y Jerry Brown is n=ot global warming, it is taxing the poor to subsidize the spec ial interests.
