Without seasonal adjustment, we see the pattern, fairly stable, driven by teachers, farmers and tourists. Look at the end of the chart, the seasonal pattern broken. The pattern trails off to level, no change, and the difference is significant. Job growth has likely stalled, the market is flat and labor costs rising.
