Doctor jobs in California

This graph taken from internal medicine jobs is California medical job growth.  The spike is an expected volatility from Obamacare, a one quarter adjustment as they learn the system.  Then came the bulge, 5% job growth over two years, now back to 3% growth.  But California has about zero population growth, this is paid with supposed  productivity gains.  The gains are not there, corporate margins are down over the past year.
