Not a seasonal pattern, a business cycle pattern. The sales decline will cost us a quarter point decline in growth, and put us at zero economic growth, at the moment. But going back to the decomposition, this means New York and Illinois likely have negative growth, at the moment.
There are some fairly pissed off New Yawk voters, at the moment.
