Africans, get a clue about photo graphs

What they say?

WASHINGTON—A federal appeals court Friday invalidated an array of voting restrictions North Carolina imposed in 2013, finding that they violated the Voting Rights Act by obstructing African-Americans’ access to the polls.

OK, photo ID is the norm folks, and I have a clue, Black people actually know about photographs, some of them even figured out photos appear on an ID card.  So, you friggen idiots, make all the statements about  incredible ignorant  Black people, go ahead, make them public.  Blacks are the idiots for listening.
