Smartcard reduces risk in police traffic stops

Your smart card knows about you, including your photo.  It is wireless.  So most folks set their smartcard to watch for cop beacons, and respond.  So during the traffic stop, the cop pulls out his digital device and issues a drivers license request.  His hand held reads your entire drivers license immediately, including picture. The beauty of near field wireless.  Your smartcard will not freely release this information except that you have enabled it. But you can enable it once, download your license onto the car digital system, which responds to near field wireless.  Then their is no risk, your cafr always responds to police beacon, it has no other inside information about you.
