Take disk drive develipment for example

I know nothing about it, but I can still be an expert.  How ado we design he disk head when we know he typical segment size.  Imagine a disk design engineer who followed a simple algorithm,  Matching the typical head sequence to he particular encoding graph for the typical searches.

I don't see a problem with theory here, we get a minimum redundancy result, in linear nest block.  The engineer has his optimization window, derive he fastest typical transaction rater against yhe typical search result.  Then try that disk in the web, get click data, because, we all know, the process of self adaption requires some fermion statistics.  So, the engineer gets a co-design, he web of users co-developed a language closer to your disk design, and you can go another round.  But if every heir was a need for minimal  spaning ree recursion,  it is he disk head.
