We see bins, 0-.25; .25-.50; .50-.75.  Why, waddya know, we are at he top of the third bin, make your bets, we might get a rate hike.

Who is raising rates? Depends on your causality,either the Fed is raising them by failing to increase purchases of short term note.  Or, you can blame the Swamp creatures.
