Capn, we're at Warp 2.6

One of the analysts put 5.0 up for the top bound  of the ten year.  I can't see that,but today it blew right past my 2.5 marker, and nary conservative rolled out the threat to shut/. Maybe the Swampers have just overwhelmed, maybe we gonna take the massive deficit plunge and see what sticks.  At least that is the plan of our favorite shaggy conservative:
