Great idrea, if they know what they do

Great, the concept of a universal trading pit class.  It is multi-currency, I  allows trading bots.  Implicitly it must have a pit boss and it must have fair queuing on the trade book. This is technology Bitcoin and crypto folks are very familiar.

What is missing here? They do not compress the bets and manage bit error.  Hence, the probability of getting jammed is always there. The purpose of the trading pit is to force the back ground queues to organize for stability, and that makes pricing work. It works because in the goods network, the flow of cash up and down becomes almost bounded, the two flows never too far out of balance. The rate of change of the one, relative to the rate of change in the other (a proxy for price variation), that variation becomes bound sufficiently the most of the time and space planning works, like a compressed fluid. The coiners need to focus one, the ability to quantize the bid/ask and forced mark to market so there is always a smooth pricing surface out in the hinterlands.

It is fraction, as in both, fractional reserve and less than one; an absolute necessity to keep integers flowing, it is grease, it is bit error.  Where else do the geeks think currency risk goes?  Your currency is discovering the time/space of the traders in the economy, it has to make occasional reversals. (IE, pricing tells us when some set should be loaded on some truck, nd the imposed group algebra works, goods get delivered, generally on time.
