Marketing the government coin

Finland's unemployed to be given basic income of €560 per month in first such experiment in Europe

We all have opinions about this project, my opinion is that Finland will kick off a round of delusion.

But, the main point is that pure cash will execute the government coin protocol, it simply does not do it as a mandate for all coins.  The central banks still have to compete, against the bitcoins, and anything else the pits can liquify.  So, if government wants included on every transaction using the tax coin, fine, they can observe taxed events. . It won't help, they are still stuck finding the tax cheats at the smart contract layer, that is shoe leather, just more efficient.
