The Grumpy economist is grumpy

He is a bit angry that we spend $5,000 more per pupil, in inflation adjusted terms, but the students remain stupid.  So, take California little browns. Did they vote to give an additional $5,000 of their money away for no apparent reason? Evidently yes, they were told that spending the money would make little browns divine.

So I suggest we make a rule in California. If the little browns like magic then just send me the check.
