Understanding red/green from the queuing perspective

Pure cash relies on each cash device having an absolute measure of conservative and risky bets.

How does each cash card have that measure?  Same way we do, when the queues are stable, mean equals variance in our basket, so we can all compute, independently, the probability of overflow and underflow when betting in he maximum entropy pits. So the cash card bot, or any inherited bot, operates against a hypothetical set of baskets for some particular pit.  Keep your baskets partially full, you can jump on short queues in the pits, or avoid the long ones.
