The need for an immigration target
The stumbling and Mumbling blog is attacking the stork vs sex theory of production. I haven;t read the article, but I think he takes the middle ground. If your society is to foul for human sex, then try screwing a stork 15% of the time. Then some folks have normal babies, and some folks come from stork-sex land.
