Modify and use the Uber app

Here is another useless discussion which is supposedly about air traffic control, but is really about unions.  How do we schedule airlines to travel through a 3 dimensional space? We adapt the Uber app and run an optimum scheduler website.  This is not rocket science, thank god else he Uber CEO would have fouled up much worse.  But heat least discovered computer based logistics, so use it.

The president has invited executives from major airlines to join him as he kicks off the week with one of his more controversial plans: spinning off the air traffic control functions of the Federal Aviation Administration to a nonprofit corporation.
It’s an idea that’s been tried many times before dating back to the Clinton administration and most recently last year in legislation championed by Rep. Bill Shuster (R-Pa.), chairman of the House Transportation Committee. His bill never made it to the Senate, where several key GOP members resisted the idea of transferring government assets to a corporation.

So, the correct approach is to tell the airlines they will be taxed into oblivion by the air traffic control system.  Then raise the fees daily by 5% until some bozo airline CEO says, "Why not just use the Uber app".
