You support the sandbox and I will have the default machine, just drop in the 2.4T, no problem. I will make it simple, guess the current defaulted principal, and when the betting tree makes a nice enough bell, the machine will do just that, and reward the winning bets with a small take.
So the idea is simple, at some point all the secure elements, all six billion of them, will say, yes, the senate sure screwed that much up, and poof, just like a ledger system with voting by odds, the principal is gone.
