The economics of a co2 reduction plant

Consider the solar powered plant that concentrates co2 from the atmosphere. The effluent, a co2 stream is about the same as a natural gas fired plant. But, where co2 is concentrated, biofuel reactors work, in the almost fair market.  Bioreactors can solve much of the solar absorption efficiency as they can make the system flow in  mild turbulence on artificial light.  Works with concentrated inputs, sanitary closed system.

The total efficiency of the co2 reduction plant is 1/4 of the solar electric, minus the batteries. Bad solar conversion efficiency.  But bare sunny land is cheaper than climate change, and there are few other inputs.    Work the capital efficiency problem.
