I mentioned this before.
The Trumpster is funding insurance companies, to cover Obamacare losses, from tax payer money without legal authorization.
At any point a taxpayer group can file suit to have it stopped. It has not been done yet because the Republicans were supposed to resolve the issue, but they intend to go on paying the insurance companies. People forget this issue and it will soon haunt the process in the Swamp.
