They mean peperless

The credit card giant says it will reward 50 small business owners in the restaurant industry up to $10 thousand each if they commit to going cashless. Yahoo Finance’s Alexis Christoforous, Dan Roberts, and David Nelson, Chief Strategist at Belpointe Asset Management debate if this is even possible in our lifetimes.
Visa is confused here. They think cashless means more bank fees,  Nope, the and box means ledger fees and bank clearing fees drop rapidly.  What the Visa exec misses is that cashless means the merchant not have to call for bank services, it can carry the do-re-me in its digital cash vault. Secure elements mean there is no urgency to call the clearing service.
