Race gerrymander in Texas is mathematiclly impossible

Look, boneheads.  Whites, latinos and blacks are  all minorities/.  Whites are 45%, hispanic 38% and Blacks 12%.  So, we need a two color mapping that favors whites.  Look at the matching algorithm we find an overall surplus of Democrats, if Hispanic are voting Dem.  Or we find an overall surplus of non-white.    The ratios do not work for a two color matching, there will always be surplus non-whites picking up extra votes.  No solution.

I can formulize the proof and testify  as  an expert.  But I suspect we have a bunch of 'make shit up' federal judges down there.
