Automated, ongoing labor matching in the sandbox

Since we are building the singularity, let's get people to work.  The idea is that both employers and employees pull out their secure element and tap on the labor app.

Thus we have hiring and applying bots displaying relevant and anonymous information, both sides, employee and employer.  Succinct resumes for each, and matched algorithmically by a not necessarily indexable significance ordering.  Not indexable because  this is a very peculiar matching with no guarantees that smooth curvature for the employer/employee bots. But matching is a standard sandbox trading pit.

The secure element, along with the upper layer smart app, makes the system honest, each side reporting anonymously about their past with announced accuracy.

It is closed, in the sandbox (we hope), in that both hiring managers and hired worker are equally functional in the app making employment references automatic.  ANd, employment contracts automated in smart contracts.

But we will have many matching sites, labor trade is varied and dispersed about.  One key is inter-operability.  Labor market becomes more accurate as search cost go down.  Search windows are adjusted and become the relevant JOLTs statistic, how crowded is the ordered  graph before before matches make the accuracy bound.   Labor and employer queues always equally visible.  Significance is relevance to compay output.

Match by key word

It is a closed, anonymous and honest reporting system so the matching process has variation from the norm in history, keywords can be weighted.

The matching process is not bettable, not really part of pure cash.  It gets bumped to smart layer where private connections can be guaranteed between parties and contracts validated..
