LOS ANGELES — A couple who ran a South Los Angeles private school are scheduled to be arraigned today on charges of repeatedly sexually assaulting a 16-year-old student in 2000.Joseph Horace Green, 52, and Chanell Nicola Warren, 43, fled the Southland when the alleged assaults were reported to police in March 2000, but they were arrested last month in Florida, according to the District Attorney’s Office.Prosecutors said the couple ran the K-12 Enlightened Minds School, and Green approached the teen in early 2000. The pair allegedly sexually assaulted the girl at an RV parked in front of their home, then assaulted her again over the next several weeks, according to prosecutors.A national disease?
