Victim Shaming? MSNBC's Hunt: Franken’s Action ‘Not Actually Groping’
The photo evidence of the action is a public shot, with Al staring into the camera. They are all actors, mostly comedians expected to ad lib and invent new ideas. The girl was with the actors, as an actor. In that environment, Al did goofy, but he may have been attempting a parody, that is his job. A bit rude, certainly. The girl was there as a star in the Playmate society, so a parody of sexism would have been on anyone's mind.
Al almost gets by on artistic freedom, but Roy Moore is claiming religious freedom, the right for christian churches to molest little girls.
