A cryptocurrency that measures government corruption

Maduro's cryptocurrency to fare no better than Venezuela itself
Cryptocurrencies rely on confidence in clear rules and equal treatment of all involved, three experts said, adding that Venezuela is widely seen as flouting basic property rights and mismanaging its existing bolivar currency.
Crypto currency means valid digital watermark, condition enough to make the statement above quite true.

If Mudero issues a true crypto currency (not a blockchain fake) with the watermark properties, then the crypto will discover the mess of Venezuela faster than any other payment system. That means the crypto will fair quite nicely, and obviously Mudero will give up on the idea.
