Interior Secretary Zinke: Florida Offshore Oil Drilling Is 'Off The Table'
One might expect Trump and company to have some institutional memory.
Little Bush went through this drill before the 2008 oils shortage. Bush got the same result, Florida gets the exemption because they are Republican, then California gets the exemption because they have the Swamp's money.
The Zinke guy seems a bit dense.
