Let us make the sandbox ownership contract for stocks

The reason we have so many ICOs is because they are a whole lot simpler than issuing shares.  So issue digital shares simply!

Let us make the standard sandbox share contract.  We just guarantee the accounting protocols automatically follow NPA standards in real time.  Post the ongoing accounting balance sheet.  Then sell shares in the company pit.

We are automated in coins, so be automated in stock issuance and accounting. No problem, no need for government, Intel and Microsoft will guarantee the protocols are secure.

We need all forms of title remade into a digital format.

Property, stock, loans, coins and various contracts.  Just do a direct mapping, between paper and digital, except skip the part on government regulations.  Government will be rewriting most of it regulations to sandbox standards anyway.

This is the Ripple labs issue.  They are defining the escrow router, but they have no available pits for stock exchange that are readily available in the sandbox.  So they issue a coin instead of shares. But what the hell are they going to route if we have no digital assets except coins?

How hard is this really?  Write a simple contract the spells out the terms of ownership.  Then sell the contracts in your own pit. Take Ripple's example and build a trusted set of third parties to make a short blockchain consensus. The share contract executes on the blockchain, no need to keep an infinite history so add delete in the blockchain when someone exits the shares completely.

If Ripple just automated the ownership share then everyone will adopt the standard because Ripple routes it.
