Pro-cyclical government

"The increase in output reported above is expected to be in the range of 0.8 to 0.9 percent over most of the ten-year budget window, and fall to 0.1 to 0.2 percent by the end of the budget window..."
That would be about five out of five government regimes that have engaged pro-cyclical budgets since the monetary regime change in 1973. Bubba may have been the  exception.

Thus, one might conclude, with the US at 25% of the economy over the period, that most studies of anti-cycle Kensians adjustment theories are full of shit.  There was never a provable study that shows government behave the way all the Magic Walrus types think.

Thus keynesians are not economists, they are a government paid political faction and should all be fired as economists.  They can get jobs in the philosophy department, like Brad.
