The State Supremes should declare the Reagan oversight and DIlls Act as a violation of federal due process, and strike them down. Or strike them down in part as necessary to remove union oversight of the legislature.
The actual reason we all agreed to the California Rule if maybe we had no alternative? See, we really do not know, this is between Spain and England, we have to fight their war. History is rhyming. Whoever wins the war decides if we legally decided or we were cheated, its the law.
