Claiming pipeline control

About EOS.IO
Published by Block.one, EOS.IO is a blockchain protocol that enables horizontal scaling of decentralized applications, allowing developers to efficiently create high performance distributed applications. The EOS.IO software provides accounts, authentication, databases, and the scheduling of applications across multiple CPU cores and/or clusters. This allows for horizontal scalability, replaces user fees with an ownership model, and powers simple deployment of decentralized applications.
I doubt it,  this system does not allow a protocol tp independently ask for audit. They are not fine grained and will likely miss the boat.

The company we need works directly at the kernel level.

Here is white paper.  They are reinventing the whole sandbox, way too complex.

The better idea is to sell the pipeline context as software with which to design secure exchange protocol. Then embed that context inside a special edition linux.  It solves all the problems because miners already exist as a business and have public interfaces established. The counterfeit and double spending are thus contained within the instruction cache.  This allows the universal escrow router. All the fraud revolves around counterfeit processors, a very simple task to prevent.
